Therapy is a vital component of our students learning programs, whether it be Speech, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.

The Physical Therapy role this year consists of 3 main parts-physiotherapy, sensory (including the new 'Astronaut Program').
Many of our students have personal Physiotherapy and Occupational /Therapy programs designed by our visiting specialists, which the Therapy team implemented several times per week.
Along with the above mentioned programs, the Therapy team also run PMP (Perceptual Motor Program)
This program aims to develop students balance, fitness, hand-eye coordination, gross and fine motor skills and understanding of concepts (eg. on, in, through, under, over etc).

The students are also supported in whole school events such as Cross Country running and the Athletics Carnival, with great outcomes achieved.

The onsite EA Therapy team consists of:

Tracy Hughes - combination OT, Physio, Sport, Therapy EA for entire Centre
Jessica Trutwin- combination OT, Physio, Sport, Therapy EA for entire Centre

The onsite EA Social Trainer team consists of:

Cathy Hicks
Our Social Trainers work with all other students in the centre assisting them with their social development skills with-in the school environment

Home Economics:

Tracy Gall runs a Home Economics program with all students in the centre.
She works also works on their Functional Skills.>/p>
